Global Exchange is an international human rights organization dedicated to promoting environmental, political and social justice. Since our founding in 1988, we have increased the US public's global awareness while building partnerships worldwide.

Global Exchange's Fair Trade division was established to support the fair trade movement. We work directly with artisans and cooperatives in underdeveloped nations to bring their products to market. In the process, we pay these producers a fair price for their goods that allows them to support their families and communities. Through the promotion of fair trade products, we seek to increase understanding and activism of U.S. consumers about unfair trade practices and the fair trade alternative.

In 2010, Global Exchange had the opportunity to bring the playful world line of toys into its product mix. We're excited to offer these custom designed, handcrafted toys made by fair trade artisans.
